Zoë
Clinical Psychologist
Since completing my Masters of Applied Psychology in Clinical Psychology in 2016, I have worked in community mental health services and the disability sector, supporting people of all ages, from diverse backgrounds. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief, as well as those having difficulty managing life’s daily stressors.
I use a holistic and collaborative approach, respecting the unique experience of each person I work alongside. I draw on a range of therapies to suit a person’s individual needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and my practice is also Attachment and Trauma Informed.
I grew up in rural Scotland but now live in the South West of Western Australia. In my spare time, I love getting outside, whatever the weather! I enjoy going for walks or bike rides, relaxing with a good book and spending time with my friends and family. I recognise the benefit of physical activity (in whatever form that may be) on our mental health and try to incorporate this into my day whenever possible.
