Our Psychology Services

At Minds Online, we provide Telehealth psychology, psychotherapy and counselling services that are individually tailored to treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, chronic pain, health-related stress, grief and loss and family relationship difficulties.

We also provide support for people undergoing life transitions, experiencing challenges associated with neuro-diversity, trauma and relationship stressors. Many of our referrals are funded by NDIS or GP Mental Health Care Plans (which you can access through your GP)

Living and working across country areas, we have seen first-hand the challenges faced by many of our country families who are seeking access to quality mental health services.

We will work with you to develop a shared understanding of the challenges you face and a plan to assist you to explore possibilities for change. We can incorporate a range of therapies to suit your needs and support you to move with confidence towards your goals. We welcome new parents, teens, adults, seniors and families.
